Discuss and review daily operations, resolve immediate issues, and ensure alignment on daily goals and KPIs
Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to warehouse operations, including delays, discrepancies, and quality concerns
Respond to ad hoc requests for information or support, such as creating specific data reports, providing insights on logistics processes, or supporting specific initiatives from other departments
Review performance metrics, discuss order fulfillment rates, address customer service concerns, handle quality control issues, and manage escalations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations and cross functional teams such. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives
Generate and distribute smaller reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory levels, order status, and other relevant metrics. Prepare weekly updates for internal and external stakeholders
Participate in projects such as implementing value-added services (e.g., special packaging or customization), setting up returns processes, and integrating new business functions. Activities may include planning, coordination, and execution
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards, and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, service delivery, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
Skilled in problem-solving and known for precision in daily operations.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Motivated by results, with a drive to achieve both team and personal goals.
Effective at managing time and prioritizing tasks across functional and business demands.
Strong communicator, fluent in both English and German, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

About the Job
As a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), you'll be the main point of contact for daily warehouse services, ensuring orders are processed according to schedules and stakeholder expectations. You'll be responsible for monitoring daily operations and supporting distribution services to meet agreed standards and cost efficiency.
You'll also manage day-to-day distribution centre (DC) operations in Germany, working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This includes planning, coordinating, and optimizing warehousing solutions for key client groups—primarily our 3PL DC partners, as well as our retail, wholesale, and digital teams.
