Job Description

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on SAP experience with a focus on logistics functions.
- At least 5 years of experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, customs support, and logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Customs and Foreign Trade Regulations, including import/export documentation and trade compliance procedures.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Lead high-priority shipments, audits, and inventory control initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex logistics issues and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline logistics operations.
- Support international trade operations by preparing documentation, coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to trade compliance efforts including data entry, HTS classification, customs valuation, recordkeeping, and audit support.
- Mentor and train Level 4 and Level 5 logistics team members, providing leadership and support for their development.
- Direct and manage cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Perform tasks across various areas of the Materials department as required.
- Demonstrated success in leading logistics process improvement initiatives.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing cross-functional logistics projects.
- Familiarity with HTS classification systems, international shipping platforms, and coordination with U.S. Customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French, or other languages) are a plus.

Starting Rate: $25.00, paid weekly
Schedule: 40 hours/week (Rotating shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Duration: 6 +months with long term opportunity
