      We are looking for a Logistics Support Rep in AZ (Mesa, Chandler, Tempe Area). Position will be in new office location starting in November. (postion remote until Novemeber - will be 5 days in office starting in November)

      The Logistics Support Representative is responsible for supporting the Logistics Department by processing product orders, updating the Brightree operating system with payer and material data, communicating with customers by phone and email.

      Duties & Responsibilities

      • Process all product orders and invoices in SAP and Brightree and serve as the primary level customer support/resolution for order status
      • Communicate order and invoice details as necessary with purchasing, distribution, sales and the billing team.
      • Monitor supplier shipments to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders to ensure internal sales order requirements are met
      • Maintain inventory and material master data (HCPC, price, cost, item #, description, etc.) related data within the Brightree database
      • Management of returned materials
      • Coordinate with distribution and other suppliers for material returns, dispositions and adjustments of purchased materials not meeting specification
      • Creation of new price tables and completion of periodic updates in Brightree as required
      • Other duties as assigned
      • Must be available to work one Saturday (overtime) a quarter (or as needed)

      Qualifications

      • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion
      • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
      • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Software
      • Ability to listen to and understand information verbally and in writing
      • Ability to work independently
      • Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing and changing priorities
      • Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems
      • Skilled in time management
      • Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing and changing priorities
      • Knowledge of the use of HCPC billing codes and Brightree EMR
      • Postion remote until Novemeber - will be 5 days in office starting in November. Must be willing to work onsite in Tempe, Chandler or Mesa area - TBD.

      Minimum Qualifications – (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):

      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Healthcare Industry, preferably in Customer Service or Medical Billing in the orthopedic or medical device industry
      • HS degree and relevant work experience, BA degree a plus
