      The Logistics System Analyst within the Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a crucial role in optimizing our global logistics and supply chain operations through the effective use of technology and data. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting logistics systems and processes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across various CoE projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will identify opportunities for improvement, develop scalable solutions, and ensure the successful adoption of new tools and methodologies as part of our continuous improvement initiatives.

      Qualifications

      • Preferably possess a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Post Graduation / MBA
      • Proven experience (4+ years) in Logistics, Transportation network planning & Operations.
      • Professional certification in logistics & supply chain management
      • Exposure to Transportation concepts and Digital Tools (TMS, Optimizer, WMS, ERP)
      • Possess Good business acumen in Supply chain, Logistics - Network Design, Optimization & Implementation
      • Excellent Analytical, Negotiation, Presentation, Oral & Written Communication skills

      Responsibilities

      • Act as a key resource for various CoE projects, from discovery and design through to implementation and post-go-live support
      • Understand and review detailed business requirements from strategy and operations teams for CoE initiatives. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
      • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing logistics systems (e.g., TMS, ERP, YMS, WMS, Pay Module etc) and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
      • Ensure on-time system mapping, enhancements, integrations and implementations of COE project. Configure, test, and deploy system changes and improved functionalities consistently.
      • Drive project planning and risk assessments, providing technical insights and progress updates.
      • Map and document current and future state of COE logistics process, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization.
      • Support the development and implementation of global best practices and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across the logistics network.
      • Utilize data analytics to monitor system performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to logistics operations.
      • Create detailed transition document, user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems, functionalities, and processes.
      • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and project success.
      • Design and propose innovative system solutions that align with CoE strategies and best practices. Benchmark best practices across other OEM’s, Suppliers & Carriers.
      • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in cost-benefit analysis & waste elimination
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics.
      • Identify process efficiency, innovation, and automation opportunities to achieve process and operational efficiency in domestic transportation.
      • Collaborate with a cross-cultural workforce and accommodate flexible working hours.
