      Job Description

      Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Logistics Systems Analyst to support our Operations team in La Vergne, TN. The Logistics Systems Analyst supports the warehouse management system (WMS) and/or transportation management system (TMS) application for all Ingram distribution centers including issue resolution, on-call support, and testing software changes.

      Required Qualifications:

      • HS diploma or equivalent
      • 3 or more years of distribution systems experience.
      • 3 or more years of personal computing skills including PC based applications (Office, Excel, Word and Outlook programs)

      Preferred Skills:

      • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift
      • Strong collaborator with a track record of building cross-functional relationships across departments
      • Prior experience with systems such as Oracle, or other WMS or ERP platforms

      Essential Duties:

      • Supports the distribution centers with resolving warehouse/transportation management system issues, including on-call support as necessary.
      • Tests code deliveries for software fixes or enhancements.
      • Accountable for programs promoted to or configurations changes made in production
      • Participates in design of system enhancements, and proactively suggests system improvements.
      • Supports 3PL system enhancements or changes and researches, corrects and documents production issues.
      • Maintains accurate system documentation.
      • Contributes to projects that analyze the costs & benefits of proposed system enhancements or new equipment expenditures.
      • Provides analytical support as needed.
      • Completes special projects as assigned.

      Hiring Salary Range: $63,945k - $80,849k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
