Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Stock Rotation: Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects and ensure all items meet our quality standards before shipment.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and deadlines.
Cold Storage Work: Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed to handle perishable products.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in order pulling and inventory management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Two to three years experience in warehouse setting and order pulling preferably in meat industry
- Familiar with inventory procedures
- Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of operating pallet jacks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic math
- Able to withstand a cold environment -10 degrees to 30 degrees
- Capable of lifting 50-100 pounds consistantly
- Quality and safety conscious

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker/Puller to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products on time. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly.
Reports to: Lombardi Production Manager
Hourly/Salary: Hourly
Pay Range: $23.40
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6am start time) with an occasional Sunday

Working Conditions/Physical Activity
This position is subject to temperatures from 32 to 43 degrees. Physical work, lifting, bending, twisting, etc. is required. Exerting up to 50/80 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move/lift objects is required. This position is also subject to noise and physical hazards (moving mechanical parts). Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers are required. This position is also subject to standing for extended periods (up to 6-7 hours per day)
