**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Build and maintain relationships with the long-term care (LTC) resident care team, including healthcare professionals and facility leadership
- Promote products by delivering tailored clinical and reimbursement education to customers
- Address customer inquiries and concerns using advanced selling techniques
- Develop and execute territory business/action plans to maximize market reach and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the employer at industry events
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare sales experience for Senior Specialist role, with 2+ years in complex/account-based selling
- Strong advanced selling and negotiation skills
- Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border and have a valid driver’s license

- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities at a regional level
- Strong business acumen and self-motivation
- Familiarity with LTC market dynamics and payer systems
