What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a queue of delinquent accounts that are 80+ days past due and document all account activity per department standards
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed to resolve account issues
- Actively participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual and team performance
- Collaborate cross-divisionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of collection or relevant experience, preferably in automotive
- Previous experience in late-stage collections is preferred
- High school graduate or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong negotiation and listening skills to facilitate mutually beneficial arrangements
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel

- Proven ability to independently manage time to ensure productivity and meet goals
