      We are seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to join our hospitality team and support the daily operations of the Loss Prevention Department. In this vital role, you’ll help protect our guests and property through routine patrols, safety checks, and swift, professional responses to incidents or guest concerns—all while delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to comfort and care.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Guest Safety & Comfort: Maintain a strong security presence and foster a welcoming atmosphere by encouraging friendly, guest-focused interactions.
      • Technology & Surveillance: Utilize advanced security systems and digital tools to monitor the property and ensure comprehensive protection.
      • Risk Management: Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to proactively address potential hazards.
      • Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate with emergency services and develop clear response protocols for quick, effective action.
      • Incident Reporting & Response: Use digital reporting systems to document incidents, ensure accountability, and support fast, accurate follow-ups.
