What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee shift operations within a 24-hour mental health crisis call center
- Provide community support and therapeutic assistance to callers and staff
- Conduct routine performance evaluations and prepare monthly performance reports
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of call center staff, ensuring adherence to policies and quality service
- Develop and conduct training sessions for CARES Line Agents in collaboration with the Training Administrator
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education in accordance with licensure requirements for a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in Illinois
- Experience in mental health services, particularly with children and youth
- Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted license in the State of Illinois as LCSW/LCPC
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse communities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within a crisis intervention setting
- Familiarity with data analysis for performance improvement
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare or mental health environment
- Training experience or certification in mental health crisis intervention
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and constituencies
