Job Description

- Administer quality care in accordance with residents’ individualized care plans.
- Communicate care plans effectively to CNAs, CMAs, and other staff.
- Respond promptly to resident health changes and notify appropriate personnel, including physicians.
- Supervise medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct resident rounds, noting comfort, safety, and care quality.
- LPN License: Active in the state of Oklahoma.
- Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse duties.
- CPR/First Aid Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association.
- Physical Ability: Capable of occasionally exerting 50–100 pounds of force.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7 PM-7 AM
Pay: Starting at $24+/hour for LPNs, based on experience
