- Administer and manage medication
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
- Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable
- Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid Texas LVN License in good standing
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
- Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings
