      Description

      Sprenger Health Care is a third generation, leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.       We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare Team. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families.

      Qualifications:
      - Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
      - Valid CPR certification
      - Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
      - Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
      - Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations
      - Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

      Essential Job Functions:
      - Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories
      - Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols
      - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices
      - Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations
