  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time

  Job Summary:

  Fayetteville Health & Rehab is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. In this rewarding role, you’ll use your clinical skills to improve lives and enjoy a supportive long-term care environment where your contributions are valued.

  What You’ll Do:

  1. Provide high-quality nursing care and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  2. Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care.
  3. Monitor and document resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
  4. Educate and support residents and families to create a positive care experience.
  5. Contribute to a team-focused, resident-first environment where your work truly matters.

  Qualifications

  1. Current and valid LPN license
  2. Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
