- Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE: Teaching Experience.
- 1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred.
- Experience as a staff nurse with LTC.
- Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.
- Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
- 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE: Three to five years direct care experience; MDS/RAI Experience.
