What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage patient interactions through phone and email, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient support programs
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with patient management software or systems
- Certification in healthcare administration or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
