      • Schedule: Part-Time | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

      You, Our Ideal Candidate
      You are a licensed nursing professional with a passion for providing exceptional care. You’re dependable, compassionate, and committed to helping residents achieve their best quality of life. You communicate effectively and work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

      Responsibilities
      As an LPN or RN on the day shift, you’ll help manage and deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans.
      • Overseeing day-to-day nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards
      • Providing hands-on resident care and administering medications or treatments as prescribed
      • Supporting residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
      • Documenting care accurately in electronic medical records
      • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members
      • Demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence
      Requirements
      • Current Ohio RN or LPN license
      • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior living or hospital care
      • Familiarity with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; electronic medical records experience preferred
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
