      • Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

      You, Our Ideal Candidate
      You are a dedicated nurse who brings clinical expertise and compassion to every shift. Your detail-oriented, responsive in critical situations, and committed to delivering the highest quality care. You’re also a team player who communicates well and builds trust with residents and colleagues alike.
      Responsibilities
      • As an LPN or RN on the night shift, you will oversee and deliver resident care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units. Responsibilities include:
      • Coordinating nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards
      • Administering medications, treatments, and providing direct care per care plans
      • Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes appropriately
      • Supporting residents’ overall well-being and comfort overnight
      • Accurately documenting care using electronic medical records
      • Collaborating with other departments and communicating effectively with families
      Requirements
      • Current Ohio RN or LPN license
      • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care
      • Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
