      LPN UNIT COORDINATOR Sign on up to $3,000
      RATE: $28-$30 (depending on experience and unit acuity)
      SHIFT: 7AM-3:30PM, Weekdays, Full-Time

      Join our compassionate team as an LPN Unit Coordinator at The McGuire Groups FIVE STAR facility, Northgate Health Care Center in North Tonawanda. Lead with care and expertise while supporting the health and well-being of our residents.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring resident care meets high standards.
      • Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment.
      • Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
      • Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as infection control protocols.

      Requirements:

      • Current LPN license in NYS.
      • Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
      • Strong communication and organizational skills.
      • Dedication to resident-centered care.
