- Resident Care: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
- Collaboration: Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.
- Licensure: Active and valid LPN license in NYS.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
