HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Develops effective communication and education of agency services to physicians, facilities, and individuals who may need information about Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) home health care (HHC) services. May perform HHC patient visits. Operates personal motor vehicle for official duties.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:Practical nursing diploma/certificate
Required Experience:One (1) year of practical nursing experience. Required Certification/License/Registry:Licensed as a practical nurse in accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nursing Practice Act). Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) accredited instructor.Behavioral Criteria: Behavioral Criteria: Job requires a valid Florida class “E” driver license. Required to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and with a minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience. Required to provide a seven (7)-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) prior to employment. Will have received no more than two (2) minor violations in the past three (3) years and zero (0) major violations in the past five (5) years.Preferred Qualifications: HHC experience. Excellent knowledge of HHC industry regulations and trends; understands state and federal regulations governing HHC. Knowledge of personal computers (PC). Knowledge of various software.
