      Job Description

      • 1:1 Patient Care

      • Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

      • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.

      • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care ensuring accurate patient records.

      Qualifications

      Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.

      • Home Health Experience (preferred)

      • Current BLS
