      LTD Manufacturing Integration Mission Statement: We engineer world-class yields on D1 processes by driving defects and inline performance parameters to Best In Class (BIC) targets.

      LTD Manufacturing Integration Engineers are responsible for but not limited to:

      • Leading scientific research enabling manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures.
      • Designing, executing and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process.
      • Participate in development of intellectual property. Operate manufacturing line in order to integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
      • Institute ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements while simultaneously transferring the technology to counterparts in manufacturing via the Copy Exactly Methodology.


      Additional Responsibilities:

      • Fab and E-test parameter trending, process control, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) including identifying opportunities and action plans.
      • Yield Cliff and/or Product Performance Indicator definition and summarization.
      • Drive process and product performance variation tightening using a deep level understanding of scribe structure layout and test to contribute debug activities.
      • Derive and drive process targeting solutions to optimize product performance and yield.
      • Quality Event Form QEF and Disposition/material review board (XRB) response with modules and manufacturing.

      This is a night-shift compressed work week (CWW) engineering position, working on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday 7 pm - 7 am.

      Qualifications:

      You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science and Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear engineering, Optics, or Chemistry (with focus on hands on experimental research)
      • 6+ months experience with model-based problem solving technique to solve complex problems.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 1+ year(s) of experience with materials characterization (SEM, TEM, etc.) materials fabrication, synthesis, metrology, statistical and or data analysis (MATLAB, Excel, JMP, etc.)
      • 6+ months of experience with semiconductor processing fundamentals (lithography, wet and or dry etch, chemical and or mechanical polishing, etc.), semiconductor and or transistor device physics and design of experiments
      • Demonstrated STEM research experience

      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
