Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform judging duties at the Jimmy Awards Auditions
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to successfully perform this position.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in music, performance, or similar field
• At least 1 year working with high school students on vocal and/or theatrical performance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient skills writing feedback for students
• Knowledge of musical theater shows and songs
Physical Effort and Working Conditions
The requirements and conditions described below are representative of the general environment the LTE is exposed to on a day-to-day basis while performing this role.

Required to work on a computer and travel to/from school shows. Requires work primarily in the evenings or on weekends.
