      LTL Non-Driving Processor Job Description:

      • Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
      • Managing and processing new hire employment files for LTL (Less-than-load) non-driving positions (Dock, Diesel Mechanic, Admin, Leadership) within a 2-day turnaround goal
      • Help to onboard associates through remote orientation
      • Additional HR administrative duties as needed
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills
      • Must be able to multi-task
      • Proficient Excel user

      LTL Non-Driving Processor B enefits:

      Job Requirements
      • Must be 18 years of age
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Prior HR experience and/or recruiting experience a plus
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent computer skills
      • Experience in transportation and understanding of DOT regulations a plus
