Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

As LTL Operations working within Redwood Multimodal (one of our business units), you will be responsible for supporting the Director on all orders for our less- than- truck load mode.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

• Order entry in company software system and external websites
• Review load boards/postings to alert carrier sales teams with updates
• Ensure all assigned orders are in-transit as expected and to customer specification
• Expeditiously resolve issues as they arise
• Confirm carriers on booked loads; email sales teams with relevant updates as needed
• Audit invoices and communicate changes internally
• Review Aging reports and communicate directly with carriers on issues and payment status
• Provide assigned carriers with all relevant order information and updates
• Provide spot quotes to customers and/or internal sales teams (as needed when primary designate is out of office or unavailable).

You’ve Got This?

• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication.
• Preferred experience in customer service, procurement, or related role at freight brokerage strongly preferred
• Strong detail-orientation and problem-solving ability
• Ability to plan and organize orders while maintaining quality standards in a high-volume environment
• Can-do attitude; flexible in a dynamic industry/work environment
• Effective communicator
