- Grading lumber according the NWH proprietary grades
- Maintaining grading accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Working with QC on current grade guidelines
- NHLA certification preferred or equivalent experience
- Exhibit high level of flexibility.
- Excellent attendance record
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player and Self-Starter
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
