Job Description
- Req#: 32579012060
- 5+ years proven track record in residential construction, experience in building high-end, luxury single family homes
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Demonstrated ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Excellent collaborator and communicator with a thorough understanding of construction procedures (including structure, building envelope, MEP, interior and exterior finishes)
- Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve on the fly
- Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
- Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
