      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Accurately and completely perform patient follow-up activities including laboratory results and diagnostics, appointments, referrals, medications, and call backs
      - Assist in the ordering/re-ordering of prescriptions within company guidelines
      - Adhere to all company policies, including OSHA, HIPAA, compliance, and Code of Conduct
      - Maintain regular and dependable attendance
      - Report and document status, care rendered, response to care, provider orders, and contacts with patients and other healthcare providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing
      - Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
      - Current AHA approved Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card
      - Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Windows
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of nursing practices and duties associated with the role
      - Skill in organization and efficiency
      - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Previous experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting
