What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform patient follow-up activities including laboratory results, appointments, referrals, medications, and call backs
- Assist in the ordering/re-ordering of prescriptions within company guidelines
- Adhere to all company policies, including OSHA, HIPAA, compliance, and Code of Conduct
- Accurately report and document status, care rendered, response to care, provider orders, and contacts with patients and healthcare providers
- Participate in the orientation of new employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing
- Previous experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting preferred
- Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
- Current AHA approved Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting
