- Conduct regular file audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in the development of new processes and tools
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures
- Current California LVN license
- Three years recent clinical experience in a variety of settings.
- Managed Care experience is strongly recommended.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within regulatory agency time frames required.
- Graduate of an accredited LVN or RN Program
- Previous UM, QI, Discharge Planning, or Case Management experience is preferred.
!*!This is a benefited, full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour day shift schedule working REMOTELY with expectation of coming into the office 1-2 times per month.
