- Create, and supervise the creation of, refined, original and captivating graphics, illustrations, charts, exhibits, infographics, interactive PDF, print ready documents (job aids, posters, or publications), motion graphics, animation, videos and other design elements for classroom training, online courses, webinars, learning games, performance support tools, communication, web banners, client engagement, or executive speaking events.
- Develop for target audiences across different organizational levels, geographies, time zones and cultures.
- Manage design-related assets and tools such as photography, illustration, iconography, and stock videos.
- Establish and manage project plans and budgets for vendor contractors, ensuring cost-effective use of resources on outsourced projects.
- Champion Visa and VU marketing, corporate identity and brand style guidelines while maintaining creativity.
- Support multiple stakeholders, balancing competing requirements, to effectively negotiate multimedia design projects and communications priorities for Visa University.
- Provide creative guidance to the Learning Experience Leadership Team on the creation and execution of VUs Go-To-Market strategy.
- Create and implement comprehensive, innovative, and effective marketing and communication strategies for key VU strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a primary communications liaison between VU and the People Communications team align with Global People communications priorities.
- Partner with global and regional Heads of Learning to enhance learner engagement through communications, campaigns, and other media platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in marketing and communications to continuously benchmark and enhance VU’s Go-To-Market strategy with innovative and leading practices.
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, graphics design, marketing, communications, or business.
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 7+ years of working experience in graphic/multimedia design, learning & development, communications, or marketing role in a corporate environment. 4+ years with and advanced degree.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing creative projects from conception to completion.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities and successful projects such as multimedia and video production, editing skills, executive communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in design software such as Animaker, Videoscribe, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, InDesign, and Illustrator (or similar).
- Experience creating solutions and materials for a variety of learning experiences, subject matter areas and audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to transform concepts and ideas into engaging multimedia products and messages.
- Exceptional eye for design, color, composition, usability and typography.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in an organization.

Job Description
The Senior Manager, Creative Services leads the creative process for creating and marketing effective and engaging learning experiences and initiatives for Visa University (VU). Reporting to the Senior Director, Learning Experience Design and Delivery, they will establish the creative vision, strategy, and standards for complex multimedia design and development projects.
This role is essential in creating the overall appearance and impression of VU learning materials, digital learning assets, experiences, and communications. They have a critical role in fostering innovation, ensuring quality, and aligning creative outputs with VU’s Go-To-Market strategy.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone creative, who is highly skilled in multimedia design for learning experiences, and with human-centered marketing and communications background. They will be skilled at building and managing internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships and have proven experience in managing complex projects and resources to meet demanding deadlines.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,100.00 to 147,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
