M&A Analyst Sr

Job Description:

Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position will take part in the hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and in office days 1-2 times per week.

The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst Sr. is responsible for running M&A and valuation analyses, preparing M&A Committee and Board presentation materials, and assisting with the coordination of the due diligence processes.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

· Owns and performs the financial modeling and development of the target projection model.

· Conducts target valuation and financial return analysis (i.e., discounted cash flow analysis, accretion dilution analysis, ROIC analysis, etc.). Supports the due diligence processes.

· Performs Financial statement analysis and may provide guidance to lower-level associates.

· Conducts industry and competitor analysis. Creates internal presentation materials.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting and a minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, consulting, or similar; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Financial modeling skills required.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $86,000 to $154,800
