- Location: Southcoast Business Center – Fairhaven, MA
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required. Masters degree in business administration, finance, or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of financial reports is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, and report writing software is required.
- Very good interpersonal skills are required in working with a variety of individuals both within and outside the organization.
- Minimum five years related work experience in health care finance or physician organizations is required.
- Advanced Excel Skills are required.
- Experience working with SQL required

We are searching for a Manager, Budget-Financial Reporting-Analytics to perform diversified duties including but not limited to preparation and completion of monthly operating reports for Senior Management, comparing actual results to budget and to prior periods; providing structured analyses and audit capabilities including regular reporting for all physicians, practices, care centers, and consolidated levels; provide profit and loss analysis; manage preparation of the annual budget process; provide all needed analytic(s) support within SPG. Duties include supervisory responsibility for the selection, orientation, and training of personnel; initiation of personnel action recommendations; manpower planning and development for all assigned personnel and activities. Provide specific direction to staff to prepare reports, analyses and project management functions
