As a Barclays M365 Product Manager, this is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for defining, driving and communicating all features of a client-ready product including product financials and commercial management, roadmaps, customer and colleague requirements, demand and capacity management. You will support in defining the vision and strategy of the product in line with client demands. We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. What will you be doing?
• Contributing towards product strategy and vision and communicating it to clients and colleagues, evolving product roadmaps, planning new features for the products, based on user feedback
• Inspiring colleagues and the users of the products collaborating with clients and service delivery to manage upcoming demand
• Defining consumption-based pricing and understanding the Total Cost of Ownership for the product
• You will be responsible for governance of the products by creating KPIs and using data trends to track progress
• Contributing to the bank’s well-being & culture, providing commitment to the development of others
• Analyzing large data sets and then using that information to form decisions

What we’re looking for:
• A solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 Services inc Teams, Exchange, SharePoint online etc
• Experience in operating, managing, or supporting and enterprise class M365 service for customers, clients or colleagues
• Experience of migration from legacy technologies and promoting the adoption of new
• An understanding of the Microsoft 365 Commercial and licensing model

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Practical knowledge of customer experience methodologies
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders though persuasive, reasoned, and factual behaviors
• Able to inspire people to deliver within a matrix organization
• Strategic writing and presentation skills

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
