The Role As one of our highly skilled make-up artists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. With your passion for people; our company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience. You will walk the customer through the brand's offering and advise products in accordance with the customer's needs. You will also work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors. You will be reporting to the Counter Manager / Store Manager. The position is permanent/temporary and full-time/part-time xxx no of hours per week, based in CITY. More specifically, you will: - Be responsible for reaching your individual sales' target. - Provide exceptional and authentic customer experience by finding the right products based on the customer's needs. - Have ownership over the counter - keep the counter tidy at all times, re-stock the counter and make sure that the visual merchandising is optimal to the brand's guidelines. - Establish collaborative relationships with your colleagues and your direct manager. - Perform services, participate in in-store events and being of help to your colleagues. - Administer cashiering and ensure customer satisfaction to improve customer loyalty that will add impact to the business' financial objectives.
