Job Title: CNC Machinist (willing to train Machine Operators into CNC if have strong skillset in math/technology)
Job Description: M-F day shift, $22-$28hr DOE, offers company benefits
CNC lathe and mill operation - Responsible for operation, loading and unloading material and parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
Machinery: CNC Lathes - DMG Moris, Doosans, OKUMA; CNC Mills - Cincinnati MAG, OKUMA Genos Vertical, OKUMA MC50-VA; Manual Machiners - Trak TRL Lathe, Lagun Mill & Trak Mill, Grinders Kent, Finishing AV-3, Saws Do-All Vertical Bandsaw.
Must possess basic math skills, including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry, and algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication.
Understanding in blueprint reading/geometric tolerance interpretation.
Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and other tools as needed (calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales)
Detects equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities, controls, or control media as required to ensure quality of production.
Reports all machine malfunctions to Management.

This is a fully on-site position in BEND, Oregon.
Ideal Shift for Day: 7am-3:30pm (potential for OT 10hr days or come in on Sat)
