- Design, develop, and maintain AI services in our platform.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers and Scientists to build efficient model serving systems.
- Monitor system performance and improve scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of software development experience with Python and Golang
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and data storage technologies
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of ML deployment and MLOps practices
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong documentation skills

Lensa, in partnership with Cisco, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI Dev Tools team at Splunk. This role involves building services and tools that support our AI products and accelerate AI development, combining software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning technologies.
