  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with a small team to push the frontier of visual generative models and ship innovative ideas
  - Contribute to the development of high-quality code based on research findings in generative models
  - Engage in translating research papers into actionable insights and applications
  - Participate in training and refining the employer's text-to-image model and related technologies
  - Interface with peers to communicate research results and share knowledge effectively
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Currently pursuing a PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Graphics, Natural Language Processing, or a related field (exceptional undergraduates considered)
  - Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals in generative models, including familiarity with Transformers and diffusion models
  - Proficiency in Python and experience with a major deep learning framework (JAX preferred; PyTorch welcome with a willingness to learn JAX)
  - Ability to read and analyze research papers and communicate findings clearly
  - Prior publications, impactful open-source contributions, or strong project write-ups demonstrating research experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the creative industry and a passion for image generation for design
  - Proven ability to translate research into real-world applications
  - Previous experience working on high-impact projects in a collaborative environment
  - Demonstrable curiosity and a track record of bold thinking in problem-solving
