- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions for task execution
- Conduct daily maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Perform quality checks on parts using inspection tools
- Adhere to job site safety procedures and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High degree of mechanical aptitude
- Experience operating brake press machines
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Good computer skills
- Ability to pass print reading, measurement, and fraction/decimal conversion tests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with various inspection tools and quality control processes
- Strong problem-solving skills related to machinery operation
