      We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our 3D printing plastics manufacturing team for first shift operations. This role requires you to efficiently operate and monitor industrial 3D printing equipment, maintain print quality standards, and optimize production workflows.       Onsite

      This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

      What You Will Do

      • Operate and maintain our cutting-edge 3D printers at high speed, working with several plastics materials.
      • Ensure high-quality parts are consistently produced to meet tight deadlines for the next steps in the process.
      • Think on your feet and adapt quickly to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
      • Collaborate effectively with your team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production.

      What You Will Bring

      • High School Diploma or GED required.

      Experience Preferred

      • Experience in a machine shop, dental lab, jewelry making, or medical device industry.
      • Metal, plastic, or wood finishing skills.
      • A passion for problem-solving and a meticulous eye for detail.
      • A collaborative spirit and a desire to learn.
