  What You Will Do:

  • Effectively operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process
  • Complete periodic checks on equipment and creatively and efficiently solve problems as detected
  • Work from work boards, Kanban cards or by direction to process part lots; checks work from samples, work instructions, gauges or story boards to maintain specified tolerances or quantity levels.
  • Perform appropriate steps to verify part quality including first piece inspection, visual inspection, use of gages with limited number of parts.

  What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3 months manufacturing experience required.
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Perform quality inspections/Total Quality Check.
  • Understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
  • In addition, you ideally bring commitment to safety and have experience with power and hand tools, but if not, we will happily provide the training and support you need to be successful!
