Our client, an industry leader in the manufacturing of HVAC products, in Ajax, ON is looking to add a machine operator to the team! This is a long term, full time opportunity with plenty of growth opportunity!!

Job Duties:

• Performs pre-shift inspections and morning start-up of equipment.
• Running manual lathes with a foot press or hand button
• Stripping materials
• Using the Overhead crane to move materials
• Follow instructions to set up machinery

Shifts:

Afternoons: Must be able to train on the day shift (7am- 3:30pm) for at least 3 months

Monday-Thursday

• 2:30 pm-1 am

Pay:

• $19.50/hr
• Eligible for $1/hr wage increase after 1 month as measured against attendance and comprehension results.

Required Experience:

• 6+ months of machine operating or manufacturing

• Ajax, Ontario
