  Essential Functions

  • Perform diversified duties to maintain the flow of quality product from the machines through the packing process.
  • Work safely at all times utilizing JSA/SOP's.
  • Operation of C-Machines.
  • Conduct quality audits and visually inspect product.
  • Maintain required reports, including electronic reports.
  • Meet Company's requirements for attendance, productivity, quality, and team relations.
  • Work 12 hour rotating work schedule; 42-hour work schedule with overtime possible.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  Job Qualifications

  Preferred

  • Accredited High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Experience using statistical process control tools and specifications preferred.

  Environment

  • Manufacturing Environment.
  • Physically capable of moderate to heavy physical efforts equivalent to frequently lifting or moving lightweight materials. Continuously lifting over 5 pounds over 70% of the time.
  • Continuous mental and visual attention performing diversified operations or activities requiring constant alertness or activity.
  • Physically capable of standing and walking over 70% of working time.
  • Work a rotating work schedule which consists of 12 hours per day - 42 hours per week.
  • Wear PPE as required.
