- The machine operator is in charge of checking to ensure that the safety interlocks are working accurately and the window are locked before starting up the machine.
- Verify the process sheet matches the first piece for the machine they are running.
- They are to load and unload parts into the CNC machine.
- Every part that comes out of the machine must be inspected for defects and de-burred
- Parts are to be gauged and assembled as needed. Stack finished product in the box.
- Associate will take place in training program for specific position.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One to two years manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, knell, walk for 10+ hours.
- Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in an extreme hot environment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Ability to pass respirator fit test and align with requirements when working in regulated areas.
