Hiring Machine Operators in Denver, CO

Join a leading manufacturer of stainless steel band clamps for the oil and gas industry. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the production process at our Denver headquarters, where we manufacture and produce these clamps from start to finish.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery that produces clamps, sometimes managing up to two machines simultaneously.
• Feed product into the machine and perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Make small mechanical adjustments on machines as needed to maintain optimal operation.
• Stand by the machine and report any defects or breakdowns to ensure continuous production flow.
• Package and label the product once it is through the machine.
• Select tools and parts necessary for operating the machine each day.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand in one place for extended periods while managing production tasks.
• Previous machine operation experience is beneficial but not required.

Work Environment:

• The work environment is a loud, yet clean and well-maintained manufacturing facility dedicated to producing steel products.
• Candidates must be comfortable with constant noise.
• After training, you will primarily work independently but will still be around many colleagues.
• The dress code includes steel-toed shoes and jeans without holes.
• Available shifts include 1st Shift from 6am-2:30pm, 2nd Shift from 2pm-10:30pm, and 3rd Shift from 10pm-6:30am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr.
