Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer and distributor of plastics that support industries such as postal, waste, and medical. We are seeking dedicated machine operators to efficiently run equipment that produces plastic bags or film.

Responsibilities

• Operate blowing film equipment and other machinery effectively.
• Run machines to produce plastic film and coloscopy bags.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting on machines, including shutting them off when necessary.
• Participate in forklift training, no previous experience needed.
• Maintain consistent quality standards in production.
• Collaborate with team members in material handling and assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in machine operation.
• Ability to handle general labor tasks and operate hand and power tools.
• Competency in reading blueprints and using tape measures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CNC, press brake, and calipers.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting machinery issues.

Work Environment

Work in a clean manufacturing environment with machinery operating indoors. Note that it can be hotter inside, especially on the third floor. Shifts vary, including options such as 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM with a rotating schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

$1500 sign on bonus, $500 referral bonus, $100 safety reimbursement, $200 safety glasses reimbursement, great culture, catered meals, medical, dental and vision benefits. Annual profit sharing bonus.
