  Job Description

  The Operator I is a versatile role responsible for executing scheduled production orders with the opportunity to work across blending, compression, and packaging departments. The individual will handle the blending of powders, compressing tablets, and operating packaging machinery. This role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to ensure products meet quality standards.

  Responsibilities

  • Execute scheduled production orders across blending, compression, and packaging departments.
  • Blend powders, compress tablets, and operate packaging machinery.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment properly.
  • Comply with company SOPs and cGMP regulations to ensure product quality.

  Essential Skills

  • Machine operation experience
  • Line lead capabilities
  • Troubleshooting expertise
  • 2 years of machine operating experience
  • 2 years of troubleshooting experience
  • 2 years of inspection experience

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required, as there may be a language barrier.

  Work Environment

  The work environment consists of a powder facility with a dusty atmosphere due to the manufacturing of cleaning products, which results in a strong cleaning smell. The role operates on the first shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, including a 30-minute paid lunch. The bulk of the production line speaks Spanish, so bilingual candidates are preferred, although it is not a requirement.

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Wisconsin.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
