- Performs various tasks in support of production operations.
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Must learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role
Utilize visual management - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Applying lean concepts, make and implement recommendations for process improvements
- Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.
- Typically requires a HS or GED and equivalent relevant experience
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system
