  What will this role achieve?

  Machine Operators are accountable for product and process delivery. They will look after the machines that they are running, they will also have Data Contact Responsibilities and escalate any issues to their ATM regarding any issues that they come across to achieve the production plan that ensure customer supply. The role will require flexibility and good communication skills.

  What will be your key deliverables?

  • Deliver the production plan and develop and maintain good communications / working relationships between Manufacturing and Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are delivered.

  • You will ensure that Health & Safety comes first in any area that you are working in

  • Ensure Quality standards compliance against all Customer expectations.

  Bring your experience

  Essential

  • Manufacturing experience.

  • Safety first mindset.

  • To have operated some machinery before.

  Desirable

  • Food Safety Level 2

  • Team Player - Effective Communication - Flexibility - Problem Solving - Decision making.

  Although the above is desirable, for a candidate with the right traits full training will be provided.

  Shift Pattern

  Sunday – Thursday 10pm-6am.

  Please note, dependent on business requirements you may be required to work days but this will be discussed with you by your Team Manager.
